The founding partners and institutional shareholder, the late Sir Jean-Marie Denis and Mr. M.R. Najd Javadipour represent more than 40 years of experience in the international Ports & Shipping sector:

Sir Jean-Marie Denis

– Sir Jean-Marie Denis was a prominent personality in the European and the international maritime and logistics sector. He was a major shareholder and managing partner as CEO of MSC Belgium N.V. (www.mscbelgium.be) and D&W Agencies N.V. (www.dwagencies.com).

MSC Belgium N.V. is a maritime shipping agency founded and established in Antwerp, Belgium in 1999, as direct agents of the Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A. (MSC) of Geneva, Switzerland. Upon the formation of MSC Belgium, the company took over the personnel of Deckers & Wirtz B.V.B.A. which was, at that time, acting as the agent of MSC S.A. in Antwerp since 1976. MSC Belgium is regarded by its Principals as a leading agent, together with the Port of Antwerp which is undoubtedly the port with the highest strategic importance for MSC.

His vision towards identification and development of new horizons was the reason behind his contribution to upbringing of new entrepreneurship to the ever growing maritime sector, a progress of evolution he not only monitored with great interest but as well was invested by disposing his wealth in sponsorship of academic programmes, creating jobs and income for the many people who have benefited from his charismatic personal participation.

Mr. M.R. Najd Javadipour

Mr. M.R. Najd Javadipour is co-founder and current Chairman of the Board of Europars Ports & Energy N.V., a known figure in Belgo maritime sector, an entrepreneur and business developer whose diversity of profession functionality has given a new approach to promotion of business.

After finishing his higher nautical studies graduated as a merchant marine deck officer from Maritime Academy of Antwerp “Hogere Zeevaartschool” in 1986. He obtained his Masters in Transport and Maritime Management from ITMMA, a subsidiary of University of Antwerp and currently is a registered PhD student in faculty of Transport, University of Antwerp, Belgium.

Mr. M.R. Najd Javadipour is a Managing Partner in Belgium Holding and his knowledge of international business and ability to attract and represent several international principals in the countries of The Persian Gulf has earned him the fame of omnipresent entrepreneur with supreme expertise of a business developer who interpenetrates the many sectors of trade and projects, but extends beyond it in time and has effectively acted for the following sectors:

– designer and creator of fine Jewellery;

– insurances and financial services;

– shipping agent, chartering, forwardering and representing a number of ports & shipping companies,

– In energy sector in particular in the Oil & gas industry in particular LNG, LPG, ammonia shipping and port management (mid-stream), offshore activities;
